Valentine's Day Love Potion Gin Cocktail

Enjoy this sweetheart of a cocktail with your loved one on Valentine's Day.

Combine Blush Rhubarb Gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice and honey syrup with muddled strawberries in a shaker. Shake well and strain into a glass. Garnish with more strawberry and a lemon twist.

INGREDIENTS

  • 60ml (2 ounce) Blush Rhubarb Gin⁠
  • 30ml (1 ounce) Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 20ml (3/4 ounce) Honey Syrup
  • 2 Strawberries (muddled)
  • Dash of Champagne

METHOD

  1. Muddle the strawberries in a shaker.
  2. Add the gin, lemon juice and honey syrup.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
  4. Strain into a glass, top up with champagne and garnish with a strawberry and a lemon twist.
